ВНИМАНИЕ! Если вы открыли сундук, но у вас предметов, которые в нем, 99 штук, то сундук закрывается обратно и НЕ ЗАЩИТЫВАЕТСЯ. Это можно не заметить и побежать дальше. Так что продаем предмет и счастливые возвращаемся обратно)

очень помогает treasure tracer ( вроде так называется девайс) дают ближе к концу игры, в меню находиться там же где телепорт стоне. Применяется так: входим в локацию, юзаем, если в локации есть неоткрытй сундук он сообщает, если его нет пишет что ничего не найдено, если сундук в данже но не именно в той части где вы сейчас так же сообщает.

Таким образом нашел все что пропустил.
